Paper - Why Koide's Formula is Asymmetric

This paper represents a reply to Victor Christianto of the University of Mexico’s question on  in January 2015 as follows:  “Is there symmetry within Koide’s formula and does it work for hadron mass too?”  This paper examines Koide’s formula in the light of the three unitary symmetry groups and their relationship to hadronic and charged lepton mass.  It is recognised that this formula is in fact asymmetrical and that it can possibly be applied to hadron mass through the process of inversion.
